OK so Rent is about $657/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $657 for rent here. Homes are going for about $162,900 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
