What Cape Coral does better than anywhere else

You can expect to pay around $1,751 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from New York about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good internet infrastructure
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are reasonable, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The public transit is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
