Curious what people think. The median home value here is around $186,100, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
