Been meaning to ask this. It's a a small town city with about 21,813 people. Poverty rate is 20.6%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $124,800 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
