Best companies to work for in Carmel?

Hello, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,160/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks!

Came here for weather and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The dating scene is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
