Quick question about Carnation

I've been here for 20 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Carnation sits at 80.9 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 2,476 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance!

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 14 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
