Hi all, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $196,100 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast...
