Best neighborhoods in Cascade

Hi all, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $196,100 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Bought a house here in 2021 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone about the same since then.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is solid in most areas.
