Cayey zona urbana is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, You can expect to pay around $464 for rent here. With a population of 14,518, Cayey zona urbana is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much established but now it's better than expected.

I work in healthcare here and it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value public transit, you'll love it. The housing market is genuinely decent and I've found I love the pace of life here. My neighborhood (Eastside) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Nashville, be prepared for the culture shock. school system is completely different here. And Can feel isolated.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

If you value outdoor recreation, you'll love it. The food scene is genuinely tough and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. My neighborhood (Pine Hills) is developing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. cultural scene is completely different here. And Road conditions need improvement.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
