Moving to Cayey zona urbana for work -advice?

Alright, I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $128,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $464 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 14,518 people. With a population of 14,518, Cayey zona urbana is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
