Moving to Cayey zona urbana -what should I know?

Hi all, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $128,700, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is solid in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 10 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into running, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
