Things Cedar Hills needs to improve

Random thought, Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Cedar Grove. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in retail. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much manageable but now it's tough.
