Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The pet-friendliness is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I work in construction here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is better than expected. Definitely worth checking out..
