As a 3-year resident, here are some things about Cedar Park that don't make it into the guides:
1. There are amazing hiking trails 20 min from downtown
2. Community events happen almost every weekend
3. The sunsets here are genuinely beautiful
It's not for everyone but it's perfect for us.
