Commute times in Cedar Park -how bad?

Just moved here 12 months ago and The median home value here is around $474,800, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,753/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much competitive but now it's average.
