Things that make Cedar Park unique

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Median household income is $123,972, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,753/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much wild but now it's better than expected.
