Cheapest neighborhoods in Cedar Park?

Hello, I'm a 43-year-old social worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 77,474 people. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Great outdoor activities nearby

- Four distinct seasons

- The safety scene is excellent

The downsides:

- Winters are long and cold

- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..
