OK so I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Centerville sits at 285.1 per 100K. Rent is about $799/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
