Chambersburg in the winter -how bad?

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $56,177 in Chambersburg. With a population of 22,051, Chambersburg is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
