Best areas to explore in Charleston?

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a smaller city city with about 47,918 people. The median home value here is around $187,300, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $187,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
