Hey everyone, Been living here since 2023. Rent is about $924/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
