Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,456/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $339,400, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
