Best companies to work for in Chelsea?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 15,731 people. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Houston it's pretty good.
