What I wish I knew before living in Chesterfield

First post here. My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Chesterfield? Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much growing but now it's underrated.
