Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Chestnut Hill sits at 298.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $1,746 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
