Best neighborhoods to rent in Chico?

Hi all, Crime rate is something to consider -Chico sits at 581.3 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much affordable but now it's tough.
