Chino is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook Chino when talking about great places to live. With a population of 91,775, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. Cost of living is reasonable for what you get. Weather is moderate — about 63F average.

As someone who moved here from Phoenix, I can confirm most of this. The job opportunities surprised me the most.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.

Check out the Highland Park area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Rent tip: look for places in winter. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

Coming from New York, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are about the same.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Pine Grove. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.
