Is Chino still affordable?

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $2,208 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level....

Chino is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook Chino when talking about great places to live. With a population of 91,775, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. Cost of living is reasonable for what you get. Weather is moderate — about 63F average.
