Moving to Chino -what should I know?

Been meaning to ask this. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Meadowbrook. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in construction. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Korean places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

I work in engineering here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is average. Feel free to reach out with questions..
