Chino quality of life -am I missing something?

Alright, It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

I've lived in East for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- The walkability scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I'm a contractor and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
