Is Chino a good place to live?

Hey everyone, I'm a 32-year-old HR manager and Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Greenfield. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
