Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 2,600, Clarence is a small town. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $288,600, which seems about average. It's a a small town city with about 2,600 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Cheers.
