Anyone regret moving to Clarion?
First post here. Been living here since 2018. Crime rate is something to consider -Clarion sits at 82.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not...
