Anyone regret moving to Clarion?

First post here. Been living here since 2018. Crime rate is something to consider -Clarion sits at 82.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Moved here from Austin about 14 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to nightlife but Good luck with whatever you decide..
