Is Clarks Summit walkable?

Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $236,900, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Clarks Summit sits at 15.3 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
