Hey everyone, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $235,100 on average. Household incomes average around $70,278 in Clear Lake. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
