Pros and cons of Clear Lake after 4 years

I'm originally from Kansas City and Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated.

Worst things about Clear Lake nobody talks about

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
