Pros and cons of Clear Lake after 4 years

I'm originally from Kansas City and Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much affordable but now it's solid.
