So, Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Clearlake sits at 772.7 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 16,604 people. Homes are going for about $204,500 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
