Just moved here 11 months ago and Poverty rate is 10.5%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider -Cleary sits at 23.2 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
