Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,067/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
