Freelancing from Cloverleaf -experience?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much developing but now it's hit or miss.

Moved here from Phoenix about 2 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to food scene but No regrets on my end..
