Cheapest neighborhoods in Cloverleaf?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $164,900, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Hi all, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $164,900, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $1,090 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Cloverleaf is underrated, change my mind

Hello, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,090 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Random thought, Rent is about $1,090/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
