What I wish I knew before living in Cold Spring

So, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $80,172, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thanks for reading.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Eastside area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the North side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.
