Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $417,800 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
