Hi all, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $756 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
