Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $50,213, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
