Most overrated things about Coquí comunidad

Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Indianapolis and Crime rate is something to consider -Coqu-- comunidad sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $598 for rent here. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $23,607, which feels on the lower side for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Diverse community
- Low taxes

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Cold winters
- High property taxes
- Not enough green space
It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The cultural scene is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Midtown area are average. Kids love it here.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Springfield. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in education. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
