Best neighborhoods to rent in Coralville?

Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 22,846, Coralville is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

How is the nightlife in Coralville?

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 11 months ago and Median household income is $66,508, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Coralville is underrated, change my mind

So, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $286,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

How much do you pay for rent in Coralville?

Random thought, Is this normal for Coralville? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
