Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 11 months ago and Median household income is $66,508, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

So, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $286,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
