Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and Median household income is $66,508, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $66,508 in Coralville. Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $286,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
